IMPORTANT: MCP with 64Mbit Flash Memory and an additional 64KB Secode block. This block is mapped from 400000h to407FFFh (buffer locations [800000h – 80FFFFh]). The Secode block can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case it should be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the Secode block has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as additional Flash Memory with OTP sector protection.Once the Secode block is locked by the user it can no longer be programmed or erased.
