IMPORTANT: MCP with 32Mbit NOR Flash and 128-words OTP Block.The OTP block is mapped from 200000h to 2000FFh (buffer locations [400000h – 4001FFh]).The OTP block contains two regions Factory-Locked (buffer locations [400000h – 4000FFh])and Customer-Lockable region (buffer locations [400100h – 4001FFh]).The factory-locked region will be skipped for program compare and verify.Password Protection is currently not supported.
