IMPORTANT: MCP with 64Mbit NOR Flash and 256-words OTP Block. The OTP block is mapped from 400000h to4000FFh (buffer locations [800000h – 8001FFh]). The OTP block contains two area Factory-Lockedand Customer-Locked Areas. The Customer-Locked can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case it should be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the Customer-Locked Area have not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as additional Flash Memory with OTP sector protection.Password Protection is currently not supported.
