IMPORTANT: MCP with 64Mbit NOR Flash and 256-words OTP Block. The OTP block is mapped from 400000h to 4000FFh (Data Pattern addresses [800000h – 8001FFh]). The OTP area can be can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case it should be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the Customer-Locked Area have not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as additional Flash Memory with OTP sector protection.
