IMPORTANT: MCP with 64Mbit NOR Flash and 256-words OTP Block. The OTP block is mapped from 400000h to 4000FFh ([800000h – 8001FFh] in the Data Pattern (View As Bytes)). The OTP block contains two regions Factory-Locked ([800000h – 8000FFh] in the Data Pattern (View As Bytes)) and Customer-Lockable region ([800100h – 8001FFh] in the Data Pattern (View As Bytes)). The factory-locked region will be skipped for Program Compare and Verify. Password Protection is currently not supported.
