IMPORTANT: 16M Bit (1M x 16) Flash memory with 4M Bit (32K x 16) Secode (Security Code) Block. The Secode is mapped from 100000h to 107FFFh (Buffer locations: 200000h – 20FFFFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different from the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the Extended Block has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. When Erasing the Extended Block Memory the programmer will blank-check the sector and will fail ERASE if the area is not blank. ERASE will also fail if the OTP area has been PROTECTED. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Extended Memory Block need to be included. ‘
