IMPORTANT: 64M Bit (4M x 16) Flash memory with 4M Bit (32K x 16) Secode (Security Code) Block.In the buffer the Secode is located in address range [800000h-80FFFFh].The Secode Region may be locked at the factory. If it is not locked at the factoryit can be erased/programmed and locked by user. Locking Secode Region is a permanent operation.Once it is locked there is no procedure to unlock and it is no longer erasable nor programmable.Performing a chip erase function after locking the Secode may fail but the flash portion ofthe device will be erased.
