IMPORTANT: This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 4026 blocks.Binary image size greater than 64MByte can only be used on Enhanced 7th Generation and on Engineering programmers.A device will be rejected if there are too many Bad Blocks found on its entire Flash array.Bad blocks are skipped. Each block contains 32 pages which are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte control area.Device Erase and Blank (optional) operate on the entire Flash array.Device Program and Verify operate on Flash blocks based on Buffer Image size.There is no Device Read command due to the special file format.
