IMPORTANT: Socket module information has been updated in revision 1.1.The following were removed as valid modules: [FX4ASM63BGK FX4SM63BGK FXASM63BGK FXSM63BGK ASM63BGK SM63BGK].This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 1004 blocks.Each block contains 64 pages which are divided into a 2K Byte main page and a 64 bytecontrol area. This algorithm is mapped with each page considered a contiguous (2K+64) byte page.Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 2048 of the first or second page of a block. These bytesare forced to FFh during programming to indicate valid blocks.
