IMPORTANT: This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 2013 blocks. Each block contains 32 pageswhich are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte spare area.This algorithm supports multiple partitions and spare area options based onDevice->NAND Options settings. Please set the Device->NAND Options first before executingany Device commands.Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 517 of the first or second page of a block. These bytesmust be set to FFh to indicate valid blocks if your data files contain the spare area.This method skips a bad block while replacing it with the next valid block.A device will be rejected if there are too many Bad Blocks found on its entire Flash array.
