Note
IMPORTANT: This device is a TSOP II package. The socket modules are listed as SOIC.This algorithm will fail any device that has 1 or more Bad Blocks. This is a NAND-type Flash EPROM with a minimum of 1014 blocks. Each block contains 16 pageswhich are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte control area. This algorithm ismapped with each page considered an contiguous 528 byte page.Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 517 of the first or second page of the block. WARNING!!! If these bytesare programmed other than 0xFFh the block will be considered a bad block on any subsequent operations.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
