IMPORTANT: Custom NAND Algorithm.This algorithm supports only the 512-word main page. The 16-word control area is skipped for all operations.This is a OneNAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 502 blocks. Each block contains 64 pageswhich are divided into a 512-word main page and a 16-word control area. Bad Blocks are indicated at word 512 of the first or second page of a block. This device has an OTP block that is mapped as the last block in the memory map [FB0000h-FB7FFFh](Word Addresses) Buffer Addresses [1F60000h-1F6FFFFh].Only the first 20 pages of the OTP block are for the User. If OTP blockprogramming is not desired exclude it from the Device Range. This OTP block can be permanentlylocked by selecting the desired option in Device Configure. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-FAFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if OTP block needs to be included. This algorithm uses a ‘Simple Bad Block Replacement’ scheme. ‘
