IMPORTANT: 16.064Mbit FlashBlank Memory.There are two 512K*16bit Flash banks and one 4K*16 E2Bank.In the buffer the first 512KWord maps to Bank1the second 512KWord maps to Bank2 and the last 4KWord maps to Bank3.Bank1 and Bank2 can be erased and programmed in 32KWord blocks.The DEVICE/SECURE command enables the E2Bank(Bank3) OTP option.Once the E2Bank OTP option is enabled the first sector (32 words) of the E2Bankcan not be erased or programmed any more and the bank erase for the E2Bankwill not function.
