IMPORTANT: 32Mbit Flash Memory. This device selection does not implement accelerated programming option. This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. They are ignored during Verify and Compare operations. The other 64 bits are one-time-user-programmable. All 128 bits are located at buffer locations [400000h-40000Fh].
