IMPORTANT: 64Mbit Flash Memory.This device contains an 3968 (F80h) Word OTP Block. This area is mapped to buffer locations800000-801EFFh. The first 5 Words are mapped from 800000h to 800009h in the buffer. These Wordsare read only. Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ functions will ignore them. The remaining Wordsof the OTP block are mapped from 800010h to 801EFFh in the buffer. These Words are the CustomerProgrammable Area of the OTP Block. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check thesebits and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE function will also failif this area has been LOCKED. If ‘Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP bits in this rangewill not be programmed or verified. Locking the Customer Programmable Area of the OTP Block is aone time only operation. ‘
