IMPORTANT: 64Mbit Flash Memory. This device contains an 3968 (F80h) Word OTP Block. This area is mapped to Data Pattern addressees 800000-801EFFh. The first 5 Words are mapped from 800000h to 800009h in the Data Pattern. These Words are read only. Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ functions will ignore them. The remaining Words of the OTP block are mapped from 800010h to 801EFFh in the Data Pattern. These Words are the Customer Programmable Area of the OTP Block. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bits and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE function will also fail if this area has been LOCKED. Locking the Customer Programmable Area of the OTP Block is a one time only operation. ‘
