IMPORTANT: The Customer Program Area in the OTP Block 010AH to 1FFFh (3963 words) is mapped to buffer locations from 100000h to 101EF5h.Found under Device Configure the Customer Program Area or Permanent Lock bits can be enabled for security. Both lock bits can only be set once. Once the permanent lock bit is set (ENABLED) block lock-bits and locked block contents cannot be modified. The Customer Program Area Lock protects the OTP Block from any changes when ENABLED. If Customer Program Area Lock is enabled or the area is not blank the area needs to beexcluded from Erase/Program operation.
