IMPORTANT: 64M-bit Flash Memory with 8-Word OTP block.The OTP block is mapped to the buffer at [800000h-80000Fh].The first 4 Words of the OTP block are programmed and locked at the factory.These words are skipped during Program and Verify operations.The remaining 4 Words are one-time programmable by the user and can be permanently Locked.If the user segment of the OTP block is not blank or has been Locked it will fail Erase.Enabling AutoRange will exclude the OTP block from all operations.
