IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash. The Main Flash Array is mapped from 0 to FFFFh in the buffer.The Information Array is mapped from 10000h to 1007Fh. At location 1007Fh is located thesecurity byte. If this is set to 55h and programmed into the device the device will besecured. When the device is secured the part cannot be read programmed summed or comparedbut can be erased and verified.
