IMPORTANT: On the 1100 or 1128 programmers you may experience someproblems when vector testing ECL parts. While these parts may be programmedand verified reliably the low noise threshold and high speed of theseparts preclude normal operation on this programmer for clocked designs.You must use a slew rate enhancer on the clock pin(s) to vector testclocked designs. Head 28B may be used for the Signetics 20EV8.
