Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Program Memory. The Write/Read Lock Byte at FLASH address 1DFFh can be set through Device -> Configure. Device address [1E00h-1FFFh] are reserved and not mapped into buffer. The Lock Byte is stored in FLASH address 1DFFh and it is decoded in the following way: Bits 7-4 are for Write Lock: Clearing any of these bits to logic 0 prevents all FLASH memory from being written or block-erased. Bits 3-0 are for Read/Write Lock: Clearing any of these bits to logic 0 prevents all FLASH memory from being read written or block-erased. The only way to remove the protection is executing a Chip Erase operation.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
