IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with OTP EPROM. The Write/Read Lock Byte is at address 1FFFh. Device addresses [800h-1FFFh] are reserved and not mapped to the Data Pattern. In order to program Write/Read Lock Byte please enable Secure.
