IMPORTANT: Stacked Multi-Chip Package of CompactCell SRAM and Flash MemoryDevice contains two 64Mbit Flash Memory chips and has dual 64-bit ProtectionRegisters for security purposes on each chip. The first and third 64 bits are programmedwith a unique identifier at the factory and will be read at Buffer locations1000000h-1000007h and 1000010h-1000017h. Verify and Compare operations will skipthose locations. The second and fourth 64 bits are user-programmable OTP areaslocated at Buffer locations 1000008h-100000Fh and 1000018h-100001Fh. The OTParea protection can be PERMANENTLY enabled under Device Configure. If theuser-programmable segment of the Protection Register is locked or not blankthe device will fail erase.
