OTP 4-bit Micro Controller with LCD Driver. 4K bytes Code area(Device addresses 000h-7FFh) is mapped to Data Pattern 0000h-0FFFh. 32 bytes Option Line(Device addresses 800h-80Fh) is mapped to Data Pattern: 1000h-101F. 2 bytes Password Line is mapped to Data Pattern: 1020h. Password Line can also be configured under Device > configure. Serialization is not supported for Password Line. If Password Line is programmed with non 00h value further operations on device are not valid. The default Device Range is set to Code area(000h-7FFh) mapped to Data Pattern [00000h-FFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Option Line needs to be included. ‘
