IMPORTANT: This is a 16Mbyte flash SIMM organized as 4Meg X 32bits. For each device address32bits data can be accessed. LS 16bits are stored in Device unit1. MS 16bits are stored in Deviceunit2. The algorithm treats this SIMM card as an 8Meg X 16bit device. Every 4 buffer bytes correspond to one 32bit word of the device.(algorithm addresses 0-7FFFFFh correspond to device address 0-3FFFFFh)There is a direct memory mapping from the buffer to the algo address (buffer addresses 0-FFFFFFh correspond to ranges under Options 0-7FFFFFh).
