IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector.This sector is mapped from 800000h to 80007Fh (Buffer locations: 1000000h-10000FFh). This sector can bepurchased programmed and protected from the factory. If this isthe case this sector needs to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number.The configuration option for the factory protect is used to indicatethe status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error.If the part has not been locked by the factory the user can treatthis sector as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection.
