IMPORTANT: MCP Flash Memory (2Mx16) and SRAM.The Flash Memory has an additional 256-byte Hidden ROM (OTP) mapped from 200000h to20007Fh (buffer locations [400000h-4000FFh]). If this area is not blank the device will fail Erase.Enabling AutoRange will exclude the Hidden ROM from any operations.Due to socket module limitations no sector protection features are currently supported.
