IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte OTP SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from Buffer locations400000h – 4000FFh. This SecSi sector can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. If the sector has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory sector with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error.
