Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte OTP Secured Silicon Sector Region. This sector is mapped to Data Pattern 200000h – 2000FFh. This SecSi sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. If the sector has not been locked by the factory the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory sector with OTP sector protection. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Secured Silicon Sector Region need to be included. ‘
