IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 128-word One Time Programmable(OTP) SecSi sector. This OTP sector is mapped from 100000h-10007Fh (Data Pattern locations: 200000h – 2000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the sector is Factory Locked it will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. If the sector has not been locked by the factory the user can treat it as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. Factory Lock Status is displayed under Device > Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
