IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP section. This sector is mapped from 200000hto 20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h – 4000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. If the sector has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory sector with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
