IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP section. This sector is mapped from 200000h to 20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h – 4000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. If the sector has not been locked by the factory the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory sector with OTP sector protection. Factory Lock Status is displayed in Device Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error.
