IMPORTANT: 128M Bit Flash Memory with extra 512 word One Time Programmable(OTP) block and 4-Word Password area. The OTP Block Region is mapped from 0800000h to 08001FFh (Buffer locations: 1000000h – 10003FFh). The factory-locked area of the OTP Block (Data Pattern locations: 1000000h-10001FFh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer-lockable area of the OTP Block (Data Pattern locations: 1000200h-10003FFh) can be programmed and locked by the user. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. The 4-Word Password area is mapped from 0800200h-0800203h (Data Pattern locations: 1000400h-1000407h). Once Password Protection Mode Lock bit is set protected sector groups can no longer be unprotected by this algorithm. Password area is only verified right after it is programmed with Program operation. Please refer to device specifications for more details on security features of the device. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h – 07FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if OTP block and Password area need to be included. ‘
