IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to 20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h – 4000FFh). This device may be shipped with the factory lock bit already set. However the SecSi sector can still be treated as an additional OTP sector with OTP protection. The erase operation will fail if the SecSi sector has been programmed or if the user lock bit has been set. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
