IMPORTANT: 64M Flash Memory with 256 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sector is mapped from 400000h-40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h-8000FFh). The factory-locked area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 800000h-80007Fh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 800080h-8000FFh) can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area is a One-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable area and will fail the Erase if this area is not blank. Erase will also fail if this area has been LOCKED. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
