IMPORTANT: 4Mx16 Flash Memory with 512 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sectoris mapped to 400000h-4000FFh (buffer locations: 800000h-8001FFh). The factory-lockedarea of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 800000h-8000FFh) is locked at factory and cannotbe changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 400100h-4001FFh)can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area areOne-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this are cannot be overwritten.When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable areaand will fail the ERASE operation if this area is not blank.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sector needs to be included.This algorithm uses the Write Buffer Programming method. ‘
