IMPORTANT: MCP with two 128M-bit Flash Memories. In the buffer Flash 1 is mapped to [000000h-FFFFFFh] and Flash 2 is mapped to [1000000h-1FFFFFFh]. Each Flash has a 128-word SecSi Sector. SecSi 1 is mapped to [2000000h-20000FFh] and SecSi 2 is mapped to [2000100h-210001FFh].The first 64 words of each SecSi [2000000h-200007Fh] and [2000100h-200017Fh] are locked at factory and cannot be changed. Locations [2000080h-20000FFh] and [2000180h-20001FFh] of the SecSi Sectorsare OTP. They can be programmed and permanently locked by the user.After a SecSi Sector has been locked its contents cannot be modified.The device will fail Erase if the SecSi Sectors are not blank or if any of the lock bits are set.
