IMPORTANT: 16MByte Flash Memory with 256 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sectoris mapped from 800000h-80007Fh (buffer locations: 1000000h-10000FFh). In the Buffer Bank 1 occupiesthe first half of the memory while Bank 2 occupies the second. The factory-lockedarea of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000000h-100007Fh) is locked at factory and cannotbe changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000080h-10000FFh)can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area is aOne-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten.When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable areaand will fail the ERASE operation if this area is not blank. The ERASE operation will also failif this area has been LOCKED.
