Note
IMPORTANT: 64M-Bit SPI Serial Dual I/O Flash Memory with an additional 256-bit Security ID area. This area is mapped to addresses [800000h-80001Fh] in the data pattern. The first 64 bits of this area are programmed and locked by SST. The remaining 192 bits can be used as a one-time programmable space by the user. The user can lock the sector under Device > Configure. When Security ID Lock Bit is set further programming of the Security ID area is prohibited.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
