IMPORTANT: 1Mbit(x16) Multi-Purpose Flash Plus.This is uniform block flash memory with 256 bits Security ID.The Security ID is mapped at addresses 100000h-10000Fh(buffer locations200000h-20001Fh). The first 128 bits are the SST factory programmed segment. It is programmed and locked at SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify andCompare operation will skip this area. The second 128 bits are one-timeprogrammable by the user. After programming this area can be locked bysetting Device Configure. Programming and Locking of this areais a one time only operation.
