Note
IMPORTANT: 16MBit Concurrent SuperFlash + 4 Mbit PSRAM. The Security ID feature contains 256 bits:the first 128-bit segment is programmed and locked at SST with a unique 128-bit number. This islocated at Buffer location [200000-20000Fh]. The other 128-bit segment is the User Security IDwhich is user one-time programmable. It is located at Buffer location [200010-20001Fh]. The user canlock the segment under Device Configure using the User Security ID Program Lock-out bit. Once theUser Security ID area has been locked it cannot be unlocked. If the User Security ID area is lockedand/or not blank this area must be excluded from erase because it will fail. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if the Security ID area needs to be included. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
