IMPORTANT: 32Mbit(x16) Concurrent SuperFlash.The Security-ID is mapped to addresses 200000h-200087h(buffer locations 400000h-40010Fh).The first 128 bits are SST factory programmed segment(buffer locations 400000h-40000Fh).It is programmed and locked at SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area.The next 256 bytes(buffer locations 400010h-40010Fh) are one-time programmable by the user. After programming this area can be lockedby setting Device Configure. Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation.
