IMPORTANT: 64Mbit(x16) Advanced Multi-Purpose Flash Plus with Security ID feature. The Secure ID space is divided into two segments: one factory programmed 128 bit segment and one user programmable 256 word segment. The factory programmed 128 bit segment is mapped to addresses 400000h-400007h (Buffer locations 800000h-80000Fh). This segment is programmed and locked at SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area. The user programmable 256 word Security-ID segment is mapped to addresses 400100h-4001FFh (Buffer locations 800200h-8003FFh). After programming this area can be locked by setting Device Configure. Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation. The 4-Word Password area is mapped from 400200h-400203h (Data Pattern locations: 800400h-800407h). Once Password Mode Lock bit is set protected sector groups can no longer be unprotected by this algorithm. Password area is only verified right after it is programmed with Program operation. Please refer to device specifications for more detail on security features of the device. The default Device Range is set to [000000h – 3FFFFFh].
