IMPORTANT: 1M(x16) Multi-Purpose Flash Plus.This is uniform block flash memory with 256 bits Security ID.The Security ID is mapped at addresses 100000h-100007h(buffer locations 200000h-20000Fh).The first 128 bits are SST factory programmed segment. It is programmed and lockedat SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area.The second 128 bits are user segment mapped at addresses 100010h-100017h(buffer locations 200020h-20002Fh).After programming this area can be locked by setting Device Configure.Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation.
