IMPORTANT: 32Mbit(x16) Multi-Purpose Flash Plus with 256 bits of Security-ID.The Security-ID is mapped to addresses 200000h-20000Fh(buffer locations 400000h-40001Fh).The first 128 bits are SST factory programmed segment. It is programmed and lockedat SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area.The second 128 bits are one-time programmable by the user. After programming this area can be lockedby setting Device Configure. Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation.
