IMPORTANT: 2M(x16) Multi-Purpose Flash Plus.This is uniform block flash memory with 256 bits Security ID.The Security ID is mapped at addresses 200000h-200007h(Data Pattern 400000h-40000Fh).The first 128 bits are SST factory programmed segment. It is programmed and lockedat SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area.The second 128 bits are user segment mapped at addresses 200010h-200017h(Data Pattern 400020h-40002Fh).After programming this area can be locked by setting Device Configure.Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation.
