IMPORTANT: 16Mbit(x16) Multi-Purpose Flash Plus with 256 bits of Security-ID. The Security-ID is mapped to addresses 100000h-10000Fh(Data Pattern locations 200000h-20001Fh). The first 128 bits are SST factory programmed segment. It is programmed and locked at SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area. The second 128 bits are one-time programmable by the user. After programming this area can be locked by setting under Device > Configure. Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if Security-ID needs to be included. ‘
