IMPORTANT: 16 Mbit LPC Firmware Flash. This device has a 256-bit Security ID spacemapped to Buffer locations [200000h-20001Fh]. The first 64 bits of this areaare programmed and locked by SST. The remaining 192 bits can be used as aone-time programmable space by the user. This area can be permanently lockedto prevent further modification of the Security ID space. If the Security ID spacehas been locked or is not blank the device will fail Erase unless the areais excluded from the range.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Security ID space needs to be included. ‘
