IMPORTANT: 16-Mbit Flash Memory with 128-bit Protection Register. All 128 bits are located at Data Pattern addresses 200000h-20000Fh. The first 64 bits or the Unique Device Number are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ operations will ignore these bits. The other 64 bits are the User Programmable OTP Area at Data Pattern addresses 200008h-20000Fh. The protection options are found under the Device Configure. Setting ‘Lockout Security Block’ to ENABLE will permanently lock Parameter Block #0 Data Pattern addresses 000000h-001FFFh. Setting ‘Lockout User Programmable OTP Area’ to ENABLE will permanently lock the OTP Area and protect the Security Block protection bit from any further change. ‘
