IMPORTANT: The 64 bits unique device identifier are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified and will be read at buffer locations 400000h-400007h.These bits are ignored during compare and verify.The 64 bits User Programmable OTP cells can be modified and they arelocated at buffer locations 400008h-40000Fh.User can program Sector Block Protection Bit and OTP Data Protection Bit using Device/Configure. If the Sec. Block Protection Bit is set ERASE or PROGRAM the last 4K Parameter block (Buffer address3FE000h-3FFFFFh) will fail. If the OTP Data Protection Bit is set further PROGRAM the User Programmable OTP cells(addresses 400008h-40000Fh) and PROGRAM the Sec. Block Protection Bit will fail.Both OTP Data Protection Bit and Sec. Block Protection Bit are one time programmable.Please refer to the data specifications for more information.
